Welcome to QGames! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QGames platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one account
• You may not transfer your account to another person

Plan Types

QGames offers various subscription plans including Free, Pro Host (₹499/month), and Institutional plans. Each plan has different features and limitations as described on our pricing page.

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through PayU payment gateway
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the quizzes, questions, and other content you create on QGames. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Post content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or store personal data about other users
• Share your account credentials with others

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by QGames and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
